These Terms govern your use of metrosolo.net, its app version, chat, Telegram bot and related services (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Metro Solo LLC, a Florida limited liability company (until its registration, Sergey Khalyavin, operating as Metro Solo) ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms, the Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.
- Who can use it. You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
- Account. You log in with Discord, Telegram, Google or email. Keep your login secure. One person, one account. Give accurate information (Population: One nickname, country, city). We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms or the Rules.
- Nicknames and content. Your nickname must match your in-game name and must not impersonate others or be offensive. You are responsible for what you post (chat, ideas, complaints, profile links). You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, translate (including automatically with AI), moderate and use that content to run and promote METRO SOLO. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, spam, or anyone's private data. We may remove content and mute or ban users.
- Streams and clips. Tournaments are broadcast and recorded (see Official Rules §12). If you link a YouTube or Twitch channel, you allow us to embed your live streams and uploads on the Site (multi-cam, Videos) while you take part. You can unlink at any time. Don't upload or link content you don't have rights to.
- Fair use of the Site. No scraping that burdens the Site, no attempts to break security, scoring or voting, no bots or automation without our permission.
- Third-party services. Population: One is a trademark of its owner. METRO SOLO is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by BigBox VR or Meta. Your use of Discord, Telegram, Google, YouTube, Twitch, PayPal and crypto networks is governed by their own terms.
- Donations. Donations are voluntary support for a for-profit project. They are not tax-deductible, are non-refundable except where required by law, and give no advantage in tournaments.
- No warranty; liability. The Site and its live statistics are provided "as is". Scores calculated automatically may be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to US $100 or the prizes you actually won, whichever is greater.
- Law. Florida law. Courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
- Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site.
